Front glass or the whole screen?
An Apple Watch screen is two layers: the glass you touch, and the display that makes the picture. They fail differently, and the repair is different.

Before you hand over your watch
- Make sure your iPhone has a recent backup — watch data such as Health and Activity is kept through the iPhone.
- If the technician needs to test the watch away from your iPhone, you may be asked to unpair it. Only do this yourself, with your own Apple ID.
- Bring the charger if you can, so we can test charging with the cable you use every day.
