Do you repair Apple Watch, iPad and AirPods at every outlet?
All 16 outlets take Apple Watch, iPad and AirPods repairs. Parts for less common models aren't stocked everywhere, so a WhatsApp message first lets the outlet check the part for your exact model.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the model and the part, so we don't publish prices. Send us the model and the problem on WhatsApp and we quote for free — you decide before any work starts.
Can I get it back the same day?
Some jobs can be done the same day when the part is in stock at the outlet. Board repairs and parts that need ordering take longer. We tell you the expected time before you leave the device.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in to any outlet during opening hours. Opening hours for each outlet are on sprmalaysia.com.
Will I lose my data?
Battery, glass and charging repairs normally don't touch your data. Board work and storage upgrades carry more risk, and a storage upgrade does not carry your data across by itself. Back up before any repair.
Do I need to unpair my Apple Watch before bringing it in?
Back up your iPhone first so your watch data is safe. If the technician needs to test the watch on its own, you may be asked to unpair it yourself with your own Apple ID. We don't remove Activation Lock or bypass an Apple ID.
Is my Apple Watch still water resistant after a repair?
Water resistance is not guaranteed after opening, even when a new seal is fitted. Avoid swimming and showers with a repaired watch.
Are my AirPods still sweat and water resistant after a repair?
Water resistance is not guaranteed after opening. Keep repaired AirPods away from water.
Can you replace only the cracked glass on my iPad?
On some models, yes — where the touch glass and the display are separate parts. On iPads where they're bonded together, the whole screen assembly is replaced. Send us the model number and we'll tell you which applies.
Can you replace just the front glass on my Apple Watch?
If the picture and touch are still perfect, front glass replacement is often possible. If the display underneath shows lines, patches or doesn't respond to touch, the screen itself needs replacing.
Which battery options do you have?
Battery options depend on the model — we confirm which ones are available for your device on WhatsApp, together with the warranty for each.
I lost one AirPod. Can you replace just one side?
Ask us — it depends on the model and the case. Send us the model, which side is missing, and whether you still have the original case.
Can you upgrade my iPad's storage?
On selected models only. Send us the exact model and current storage size, and we'll tell you whether it's possible.
What does the warranty cover?
The part we replaced, against manufacturing defects, for the number of days shown on your receipt. It doesn't cover new drops, cracks or liquid damage. See the warranty page for each type of repair.
Are you an Apple authorised service provider?
No. SPR is an independent repair company, operating in KL and Selangor since 2009. If your device is still under Apple warranty or AppleCare, check with Apple first.
